How do I pay?

In the Scharge app you use a prepaid wallet, topped up by bank transfer via QR code. The running cost is shown continuously while charging, and the transaction log records every top-up and every charging deduction. Chargers also support card tap and VIN identification depending on the configuration of each site.

What if the QR code cannot be scanned?

Type in the code printed on the charger directly in the app. Sessions are started and stopped from within the app.

Does the app collect my location?

No. Your GPS coordinates are not sent to the server. The app computes distances on the device to sort the station list. If you decline location access, you can still see every station on the map.

Are outdoor chargers safe?

Scharge chargers are rated IP54, operate from −25 ℃ to 50 ℃ and can be installed indoors and outdoors. The AC and DC cabinets have powder-coated sheet steel enclosures. Multiple protection layers cover overvoltage, undervoltage, earth leakage, surge, overtemperature, overcurrent and overcharge. The DC 40 kW model also has an emergency stop button.

I own a site. How can we work together?

You can buy equipment and operate it yourself, lease equipment, invest and operate jointly, or order a charging station for a corporate fleet. Under joint investment and operation, the partner contributes the site and the transformer station, while CD Restop invests in the chargers, the software and the operation. Charging revenue is reconciled in real time on the app and shared as agreed.

Can I buy chargers for a corporate fleet?
